Time to get busy. This is where things currently sit:

Front suspension and driveline are up next. That will kick off my 3-day thrash starting Thursday. I’m optimistically hoping to get the truck running by EOD Saturday.

Rear susp needs a brake bleed and finish off the rear exhaust (maybe borla rear section). Not yet sure if the 37” tire will fit under the bed on the Gen 3 frame or not

I had these AMS downpipes ordered months ago and was planning to use, but don’t want to deal with leaks so spd will go on

This motor only has ML3Z phasers + our Formline turbokit and good spark plugs installed. It’s a good representation of what our average 17-18 raptor customer is running and I’m mildly interested to find out where the engine fails.

Despite being an ‘engine guy’ with a leaking valve cover and plastic oil pan, plastic timing chain guides, worn tensioners, questionable lifters etc… and the cab is off… I decided to address only the crank pulley for now. This has taken great restraint. Instead of wasting time now, I will start my motor and trans build as soon as the truck is running.

You guys can check out their Facebook page for the story.
P.s. Geoff got some free advertising out of me

Nice! Will that bolt right into a 2017 Raptor without all of the other stuff you’re doing?

The part number on that website for a 2017 transmission is different (below) and is nearly $5000.

@full-race geoff

You might give the AMS downpipes a try. My SPD has been difficult to deal with. Not slamming on their product, maybe it’s just a fluke?

Also, GREAT progress man! Keep up the good work!!!!
