Purchased a set of used OEM shocks locally and then picked up the remaining components new online (top hat, nuts, spring, isolators, brackets etc). Sent the shocks away for a rebuild today, can't wait to get them back.

Interested to see how the truck rides on refreshed OEM shocks. Since I didn't own my truck from new I have no idea what to expect regarding the quality of the ride. All I know is that the King 3.0's my truck came with are very stiff - even at full soft settings. I suspect they're in need of a rebuild as well, but if the OEM shocks give a smooth ride I might just sell the Kings.

Nice my last part came in for the coolant change. Now i just need to figure out how to do it lol. The bleeding part may give me trouble since i have no tool for it.

I know I'm replying a bit late but literally just run it with the heat on full blast. (to ensure it cycles through the heater core). Ensure its at least level or the front end a bit higher angle.

Alright, ill pick up some mello yellow coolant when i ever get a day off… lol

I know its just a shot in the dark, but one of my friends with an F150 swears by Subaru blue coolant since he couldn't get the orange.

All finished, really happy with the color match. Gonna buff it out after the paint settles so I can reduce a bit of the orange peel.
