Thanks frf!!
I would have never known about this spacer without y’all’s input and the search function lol

1) removed that atrocious piece of metal and went w mid perch.

Bonus..bumps were making horrible clunking noise bc of spacer and shock mounts being cut. I had to put on new shock mounts idk if that or going mid perch helped but no more clunking ‍♂️

Also 315 70 17 don’t look so small spacer gave me the look of top perch imo

To each their own but mid perch feels night and day compared to spacer

2) ordered s and b filter cleaner cleaning out air filter pretty nasty in there lots of debris

3) got fuse 27 and plan on doing it this week

4) in process of getting used Svc smurf front bumper along w add venom rear bumper for a heck of a deal if this happens I’ll get pics ASAP!

@RDFTS I had a 4wheel performance shop do it locally I’m not mechanically gifted nor have the tools.

I snapped some pics of my friends and everything seems to look the same?

There are two angled shims that have to be used. They angle the shock correctly and keep the bolt thread equal.
One shim is on top of the shock hat (where that junk spacer was). The thick side should be towards the back of the bucket, thinnest part facing out towards the wheel. The top shim is on top of the bucket with the thick side facing out, thinnest facing the motor which I see correctly in your picture. Are all three bolts coming out of the bucket on top equal lengths? Can you see if they put the shim above the shock as shown in that diagram you posted?

Did they give you a shim back? If they did, I would ask them why.

Yea they gave me shim back? It looked to be a solid piece guessing bc it had been on so long I just used screwdriver and separated it?

looking at it the threads do look to not be same length!

I’m beyond pissed right now I appreciate you I will park truck until I can call them Monday...
