Wait till he gets to deal with a wiring harness ecu setup that has a 200+ wire bundle.
I need to find the pic a buddy sent me of the Motec harness they created for a race car setup. Made my eyes hurt just thinking of reading the wiring diagram for the wire color codes and then trying to pinpoint that wire in the harness.

Installed the "MP" door checks today, the "MP" stands for middle position, they're the same as the 3.0's only cheaper. I came across them on the F150Forum and liked how they are marketed. When you return your oem door checks to him using the prepaid return shipping label he provides, he refunds you $55 making them cost just $40.

They do the rear as an option? $40 rear ones sounds good already have the front ones sitting here to install

I was on that forum when Peter was developing these and started selling them under his Northlight Labs company. In the beginning people were asking if they could send him theirs to do or do an exchange program. He insisted that he wanted to use new OEM product for consistency and would not venture down that concept. Said something about the rubber part would be somewhat deteriorated on old ones. I ended up buying for the fronts about 2 years ago. Glad that there is someone out there that decided to do this, makes sense to me.

For as much effort as it takes to install these, I think that it would be better to have new parts, rather than someone's old ones. Not worth saving $50 bucks just to have a used set eventually break after being installed.

I just got a set of rear ones from Northlight today, and it requires the removal of the rear door panels and speakers, which seems like it is going to take longer to install than the fronts.

...but gives you a chance to detail behind the door panels and get all that pesky dust out of there :ROFLJest:
