Great to hear!!!! Here's a vid of me at Four Peaks. There will be a right turn off the dirt road that takes you to actual Four Peaks, there's a fenced off area there......if you go right, this is the road that I'm on and leads down to a wash. I highly suggest you run this, it's an awesome run in a Raptor. Once I get my truck back from ADD, we can head out somewhere sometime. Enjoy!

Memories, Back in the late 80's we had a couple of huge parties at the wash at the end of that road. It was hosted by Headquarters in Tempe, and was called "Freak at the Peaks" the slogan was "come fry like a loon on a peak under the moon". Those were the days.

That road rocks.

Funny thing is, I was actually down in that exact same area today, completely by accident as it was. We had meant to do the run up to the top of the mountain, but it was gated off due to fire danger, so we ended up running down that road to the little fenced in area at the end of your video.

That trail that keeps running through there as closed for fire danger also, so we didn't have a ton of luck on the 4 peaks road. We ended up going back south a bit to Bush Rd and bailed off on the dirt road on the west side of 87. There is a HUGE dry river bed out there and we got in some awesome high speed runs and 4 wheel drive drifting out there, just had to watch out for the rocks. I've got some pics and vid from it that I'll get to posting tomorrow.

I'm heading back overseas for 3 months here in 2 weeks, so maybe when I get back in october we can go do some runs. I'm more than down to go run the trucks if we can get a chance to make it happen.

Ahh ok, I think you were in the Sycamore wash then.....ton of fun down in there too and that's where a couple of my other vids were filmed. I was in Iraq for 3 years myself so I know the feeling of heading out over there.:favorites13:
