How has the wrap held up in the Arizona sun?

I had done my Raptor in Charcoal Matte Metallic (Avery) less then two years ago and all the horizontal surfaces are turning brown.

Thinking about redoing in a Satin/Matte Blue.

I had matte black 3m wrap on mine for 3 or 4 years and it wrecked the paint on the hood and roof. The roof has rust patches because the paint came off, and the hood has a white haze. My truck is never garaged and I'm in socal. I'm not sure what the maintenance should have been, the installer just told me to wash it like normal paint.

I just had my C7 wrapped in matte xpel and they (much better installer) told me to use some special products. That car will always be garaged so I'm counting on it being a different story.

I had heard about some issues with 3M wraps peeling paint. New paint was covered by 3M.

The other issue I've heard is if the component has aftermarket paint (non-factory), the wrap can peel it up.

That shit is sticky for sure. I didn't have any body paint come off but the guy who bought my truck had to get the flares repainted. He was planning on color matching them anyways so it wasn't a big deal but I was surprised the vinyl did that.
