I ordered from metrorestyling.com but that was 3M 1080. Supplies for me were around $700. I bought an application kit that had a heat gun, squeegees, primer, sealer, x acto knife, and a few other things for $110 I believe, also from them.

Thanks for the link. I got most of the application kit, just curious if you used a felt covered squeegee or a standard one?

I have only used the felt squeegee. I was scared to scratch the vinyl with the regular plastic. The other good tool they included was a fine edge to tuck in certain spots. It also cuts the vinyl nicely under certain areas like bed rails and what not.

fenders and bumpers

So I had a guy try to flat black wrap my fenders and bumpers and he quit mid way saying it wouldn't stick. He used avery and we are at high altitude but I have seen the fender/bumper wrap on other trucks so I was looking to see how it holds up for everyone.

Can't wait to see how it goes, great color!:biggun:
