I think the main issue centers around the vacuum lines, or a leak in the lines.

No it doesn't. The diaphram is crap on oem actuators. I had some one off made by a cnc mill that uses silicone diaphragms and quality locking collars. I also use a external vacuum pump to engage and disengage . It works like a dream.

No there will not be an upgrade. The part Apperantly has a small failure rate and not worth for companies to make an aftermarket.
I fixed mine using a DIY mod, but I'm not sharing any info. Lots of money and lots of headaches during a one year time to rebuild my front end. You"ll just have to go to the drawing boards and start from scratch

Hey f*******. Instead on bashing others why don't your Smart ass come up with a idea yourself. Oh wait... You sound like a degenerate that can't figure anything out.
In case your dumb enough to figure it out yourself I provided all the needed info and tips for you to come up with your own solution.
Reason I'm not sharing any info is because the companies I have worked with to come up with this solution wouldn't want this information getting out incase they decide to make an aftermarket solution.
So now why don't you **** yourself back to your trailer and your in bred kissin cousin ya ******
