Where is the intake pointed to? The front grill or down towards the wheel well.
Do you have an option the rotate the intake nozzle?

I think I could get that to work with a Whipple, maybe?

Ill let you know I'm getting the dimensions so RPG so they can fab one up for me. I want to get it done ASAP so it can be accounted for in the tune. If you want I'll pm the OD and intake tube length one we get it fitted.

I think I may have jumped a little to soon, I have looked closer at it and I believe the intake (fresh air side) is way too small for a Whipple Raptor.

You could wind up staving the engine with air at high revs.

Would need to ask Whipple what they think!

I know from past conversions they recommend no type of box. But what to do when going off road?

So far I've had no issues with rain and large puddles in the almost two years I'm running the Whipple on the streets.

I have been thinking about making some kind of mesh system in the open part of the fender well to keep water, mud, sand, dirt from coming up to the filter.
And using a sock!

Talked to Jeff at RPG today and hes working with his engineer to figure out the details. I will bring this up.

For anyone interested these are the Whipple intake dimensions. We are working on a modified tube like mentioned above.

9-1/8th long by 5 inch wide
