What is the easiest way to increase the turbo whistle sound?

remove the Turbo Silencers from the the Intake Tubes. Look into the the VTA mod....

So I already disconnected the BOV line going into the air box and capped it with the chair leg technique. Anything else to do?

If you install a baffled muffler, you will hear the turbo spool up.
