Truck has around 1100 miles and I’m starting to hear a high pitch noise coming from the turbos. Anyone have this issue/should I be concerned? It’s much louder than before especially after an acceleration as the turbo spool is slowing.

Sounds like your turbo is going. Happened to me. I’d be light on the throttle and drive like a grandma until you can get your dealer to look at it.

Having a similar issue at 600 miles, high pitched turbo noise with clunky shifting. I got a "service vehicle" message and it's been in the shop for 7 days with no root cause or fix yet.

Turns out it was just a loose sensor for anyone with similar issues

Bringing this back from the dead because it sounds like the closest to what I have going on. I have a high pitch metallic sounds under 75-100% throttle or boost. Seems like its coming from the drivers side turbo area. There's zero other issues with performance or transmission. Is my turbo internals about to let go? lol
