Like RDFTS, I contacted Coastal Tech as well and got the same response. Below are my email and their response:

MESSAGE:
I have a 2014 Ford Raptor with a factory front and rear camera. I have two questions:
1) Can you please confirm that I will be able to turn on either camera at any time.
2) Is it possible to use one of the OEM Raptor upfitter switches or an aftermarket switch to turn on the cameras rather than holding the steering wheel buttons for a few seconds?

THEIR RESPONSE:
1) We do not allow for factory front camera on demand. We do, however, offer an input for a secondary aftermarket camera that can be activated at any time.
2) That is not possible, sorry.

It sounds like you've already installed your lockpick. Did you have successful results with the front camera?

If anyone is serious about bypassing all the features on the system there is a group buy going on in the vendor The Car Stereo Company thread for the Nav-TV. He is planning on making the purchase on Monday and he needs 6 more confirmed payers to proceed. That is where I purchased mine and waiting. I posted a video there too.

Sorry, don't mean to hijack the thread. Continue on.....

I only watched the install video. After learning it won't activate the front view, I don't want it anymore. I only bought it for front view unlock and don't care too much for watching movies while driving so I'm either selling it or sending it back.

That group buy for the Nav-TV got postponed. They need to order 12 to get the larger discount and so far have 9 confirmed buyers. Need 3 more!!

Does it unlock factory front view? Price? I'd join if so.

Yes. Go to the thread and PM him and he will reply with the price then you can decide. Retail they are $600 plus the plug n' play adapter. Group buy is a good size discount.
