Is personally wait for the new '17. I had 2 2010 Raptors, one with a 5.4 and one with the 6.2. Both were reliable and never had an issue. I heard all that talk about never buying the first year and I still think 2010 is the best year Raptor available! [emoji869][emoji869][emoji869]

My 2010 6.2 would shut down immediately after startup quite often, never threw a code. Of course never did it for the dealer. My 2012 is alright but tend to blow the power steering hose at least once a winter. Minor enough I'll probably still be tempted enough to get the new model with an extended warranty this time.

No I think they are saying the diesel is getting the same all new 10 speed transmission the Raptor is, not that the Raptor is getting a turbo diesel.
