I got the passenger side shock all installed but ran out of time for the drivers side.

Here we go:

OEM bucket cut out, did the plugs and wires while I was there since it’s real easy at that point.

KHC bucket welded in and painted.

I love that you can see the orange shock body from the front of the truck.

I can’t wait to get the last shock installed and the SDI system fully installed so see how these ride. They are already ride much better than my blown out 2.5” stock shocks.

I installed the last shock and got the SDI e-Click system installed. Ride is so much better than the blown out 2.5" foxes. I'm on the fence on how worth it the e-click is. I drove it around a couple days with just the gen 2 shocks and no controller. All I read before was "ZOMG you can use the live valves without the controller the ride will be terrible!" To be honest I didn't mind it, it was a little more stiff and you feel the bumps more but it really wasn't bad if you ask me(maybe its because I'm used to stiff suspension on Japanese imports). Don't get me wrong the controller is super neat and it does make the ride softer for DD duties. But I'm not sure its worth the extra cost if you aren't about geeking out on new tech.
