TOPFIRE strongly not accept the original simple and stupid interior of Raptor. Although outside looks like a devil, inside should be elegant. So TOPFIRE design team design and customize first “Hunter” version interior upgrade for this super Raptor, by splicing calfskin leather that processed by different craft, which broke prim line and highlight TOPFIRE “be yourself” principle and attitude.
411 horsepower and a 9-second 0-to-60 time of 6.2 V8 engine now cannot satisfied customer’s requirement of power, also cannot let super Raptor run widely. Finally we choose PROCHARGER supercharger made in the USA.
PROCHARGER included following accessories: big size turbine with ventilation and heat dissipation oil pump, huge Inter Cooler which can reduce temperature to 30 degree, SCT computer for upgrading system, high quantity Injection Nozzle, and all-size pipe and holder. This time Technical Director of TOPFIRE debugging SCT computer by himself instead of simple installing hardware and system. We used more powerful SCT computer to survey entire car system. Adjust mechanical supercharging system to best condition focus on characteristic of Chinese fuel and car using environment, which increase horse power to 600 + safely and a 6-second 0-to-60 time ! After computer system debugging well, every data is adjusted suitable, then input to computer and start the engine. The whole thing successful in one time – no interference, no high temperature, no strange noise , SCT computer be checked well, no any fault code --- very controlling system and sensor works well with nice growl of a big turbine.
Of course cannot let such a wild Raptor be a monster out of control. Top brake of BREMBO made in Italia (Six in front and Four at back) and 380mm crossed slot and punching brake sets provide top security and safe to this super Raptor. Multiple piston calipers are made from one iron forging and 5 times stronger than caliper made from traditional forging way. Each piston is pushed by braking fluid to ensure braking power. And the crossed slot can avoid rolling friction from dust and increase the friction between brake disc and brake block. Punching hole increase wind blow speed of brake disc and cooling efficiency. The thermal decay is reduced efficiently and avoid heat transfer form rim to wheel, which minimize the risk of flat tire by high temperature.
Double shock absorber system co-operate with 8 inch hanging, plus 600 + horse power engine that upgraded by pressurization system, here born the first super Raptor in China!
