Forgive me for never having seen a new Raptor in the flesh. I am overseas in the military and have not had the chance as yet. That boost guage is digital, right? Does it max out at 20psi?

If so, I hope somebody figures out a way to recode it to read higher for the upcoming tunes. You'd want it to probably 25psi for stock KO4s pushing their limits (about 23psi).

edit: We may see Ford Performance recode it for their tune or they might go ultra conservative and dial up 20psi and leave the gauge as is. That would be good for approx. 500 crank on this engine so I can see that happening. 500hp and 575 lb-ft or so would be what I would expect out of the manufacturer with this.

Sport mode, WOT. Boost gauge shows 18 psi.

Hey K, does it show 18psi or are you guessing that's what it is since it's not maxed out? Just curious if it's really getting to 18psi.

Sure wish someone would get the actual turbo info for the ninja.

I'm definitely guessing that it's 18 psi based on the bar. It looks pretty close. We will know later when tunes and other boost gauges come out.

For the last couple of decades Ford has named/rated their trans using the same format. Always in LB/FT not Nm. No way would they put 510LB/FT behind a trans only rated for 590LB/FT.

2017 Super Duty digital boost gauge goes to 40psi. I don't know shit about coding but I thought I'd throw that out there for you guys.

That Boost gauge is accurate, It's exactly what the PCM reads to adjust your engine. Hook up a scanner, you'll see.

Same for the 2010 1/2 - 2014 Supercharged 6.2L when you read the OBDII port, or add a boost gauge.
