I run Goodyear Duratrac tires, and for the life of my last set of tires I've rotated at 5K intervals front to back same side. Real M&S tires tend to get louder and cobby as they wear, and that's what I've experienced with the Duratracs. I think I'll try the cris-cross method with my new tires and see if it makes any difference. Not looking forward to that. Jacking up 6,000 pounds of truck is nervous enough when you do it only one side at a time.

I cross rotate my KO2’s and it is supposed to reduce potential tire roar according to BFG.(I have 2 other vehicles with KO2’s and it worked well I suppose)
As far as wear goes one of my tires is cupping and I am going to have to get a whole new set and BFG is going to be looking at them
For a pro-rated warranty refund. I have not done the 5 tire rotation. I may do it with my next set since they will be as new as the spare.

I paid for the spare, so it will be used. TPMS added.
Can do the rotation by jacking up the right side, then the left.

No way! The rears wear out so fast on those trucks. Don't rotate them. Once you need new rears just buy 1 tire. Use the spare tire as the other. Fronts will last 3x longer than the rears on the Raptor. Why wear them all out?
Glad you said this. I was thinking it while scrolling through this post. I can confirm what you're saying is true, for me anyway.

I bought a 5th tpms and do a 5 tire rotate.. but i couldn't get the truck to recognize the new tpms..you should see the confusion in the service writers eyes when I asked about all this when I first thought of it.. so did any one else have luck doing it??

This method alone simplifies tire rotations when no lift is available.

Does something like that large Eagle jack allow for one side of the truck to be jacked up from the center of the frame, and allow for simultaneously removing both tires on that one side? Or it’s still pretty much one tire at a time from jacking up under the suspension? I see this as not being so simple with the Raptors suspension travel. I may need to peek back at other threads about this.

Does anyone incorporate the spare when you rotate the tires?

What’s thinking about doing it. Rotating every 5k.
