Hi, need some help with my 2010 Raptor. It has the Open Country tires that inflate to 33 max. I have modified the min pressure setting from 40psi to 30psi, but it hasn't helped with the warning light on the dash. Appreciate any insight.
Thx.

If you look in the owner's manual, you have to execute a drive cycle, I can't recall how long (time/distance), but longer than you'd think and then it will clear. Pretty sure the manual has the exact number.

I have a 2010 and as soon as it got cold out my light came on, my pressure was at 35 and I bumped them up to 40, the opposite of you, but it doesn't matter, it still took 2 or 3 days before the light went out. 30 psi seems low for a heavy truck, are you sure youre not going to get excess wear on the outside of your tires and your gas mileage will probably get worse. Anyway, be patient it will go away. How long has the light been on?

@vetteengr

Max tire pressure is 65 psi for the 35/12.5/17 Toyo OC

You have to pump the tires past 40 psi. to turn off the light. 41-42 psi. should do it.
Assuming the sensor are in good condition.
If you don't fill past 40 psi. then you'll need to drive it to heat up the tires increasing tire pressure.
You do not need to drive, well, at least I do not with my 2010 1/2.
Then air back down.

Question, did you do a tire pressure sensor relearn procedure.
You can find the procedure in your manual.

Thank you all for your comments.
My tire spec on their website shows max. presurre of 35/35. (weird, the only one in 17 that low).. 315/70/R17 113/110Q. (m/T versions)
I drove my car the past week over 150 miles (Sac to San Ramon and back and then local drives). The light is still there. Assumption maybe bad sensors? Probably reprogram back to 40 max and then replace sensors and tire?
I haven't done a relearn process. Will try that this week

Then you bought the C class which is in my opinion, "not" the right tire to put on a Gen 1
They will also wear a lot faster than the E class and they only have three ply, not so great for off-roading.
Load rating is really really low. But they are the cheapest.

Most guys on here get the 35/12.5R/17LT, you get an extra 3/4" in width.

Back to the tire pressure, while you can set the limit when the light turns on, it unfortunately doesn't change the reset threshold which is anything above 40 psi.
You can certainly put 41 or 42 psi in the tire just don't drive high speeds with them at that psi.
I'm sure they put 50 to 60 psi just mount them.

The manual states that once it is above the reset value it will take up to 2 minutes at speeds above 20 mph for it to clear.

Yup it says that in the manual but my truck turns off the light about 30 seconds after just starting her up.
I don't know what to tell ya.
Maybe because I'm running a Tune, and it's set 30 psi. IDK
