Tips installing roof mount

I built my own for my last truck. I would remove headliner for sure, and i just used silicon to seal it didn't leak a drop.

If you find some great instructions, or create your own after your DIY - I would like to see your findings.

I have been looking at this option for a while, but not too sure about drilling holes in my roof. The whistling does seem to be a problem for some folks.

Are you installing the E or SR series light bar?

Cool. I think the Rigid 50" E series looks really good on the roof. In my case it would match well with my Dually's and 20" Rigid. It also puts out more light than the SR series.

mounting was SUPER SUPER EASY!!!!!!! PIECE OF CAKE!!!!!!
For people with whistling problems... check your heads.
NO WHISTLE NOISE OF ANY KIND WHAT SO EVER. I was driving on the highway at 1am a lone. music off, windows down... and i tried really hard to try to hear something. But nothing what so ever.

Can you tell me exactly how much height it added to your roof?
