Thoughts on this 2017?

Looking for input from others on this 2017 (link below). 2017 Avalanche 802A with 37k miles and some aftermarket additions. What do you think it’s worth, thoughts on extended warranty, etc.? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks

I say 49k but doubt they will go down that low. And yes warranty that sucker out as long as you plan on having it.

1 - get under the truck and see if the plastic oil pan is leaking
2 - stand in front of the truck and have them start it and make sure the engine does not have any strange noises.

Did you look at the CarFax? That thing was in every couple of thousand miles. I wouldn't touch it.

Between the interest rates being higher on used, and the fact that another 10K gets you a new truck, I would go new. That one has some cool bolt on parts, but what is the real value on them?

I was just offered a silver 2018 802a (with 12K miles) for $55K from the local Ford dealer over the phone. I could probably get another 1K off I wanted it. I'm likely going to order a 2020 unless a super good deal on a 2019 comes up in the next couple of weeks. You can find some dealers offering a 2020 less than invoice.

I would pass on this 2017.

Wow that carfax is packed full of service visits. At about 7k miles that thing started being serviced every 2k miles. Id give the pass on that one. Just sayin
