Could this be the cause of the P04DB code? Looks like the hose with the yellow tab is leaking significantly. Most of oil residue was wiped off for the photo. Already called and emailed UPR. Waiting for response.

Any leak in the catch can/pcv system could cause a code. Also a cai can as it changes the flow throw the sensor.

Disconnect and clean all hose connections and see if check engine light returns

Diaconnected entire system and reinstalled the OEM hose on crank case + plugged intake tube. Clearing code now and am about to go for drive. If this fixes it I’ll try and see if I can order a new clean side hose from UPR.

Reverting to stock fixed it so definitely issue with catch can hose. Thanks for your replies. Going to try the o-ring fix, but my OCD will probably push me to replace the entire hose with a new one from UPR.
