Yes, to many toys. I have a CVO streetglide with a built 117 motor that helps with my power fix:) the ZL1 was a beast and I am going to miss it.

I hear yah my Thruxton R only has 450miles and my GSC7 only has 2100[emoji2957]

You would probably have better luck selling private party. I sold my 2017 last year for $67,000, paid $70,005 for it new. It was over a year old and had 13k miles on it. I put it on craigslist and it was gone the following weekend.
Think I'll go down that path, trades aren't seeming to bring very good offers to anyone.

No complaints about the truck really guys. it's one hell of a machine. Just not for me. If I had a little bit more money I'd keep this as a daily and buy the M3 for weekends.

With 19's selling at or below sticker early in the model year certainly has to make trade in values a bit soft.

If you follow any of the buying threads, a lot of discouraged buyers are still reporting the vast majority of dealers are still insisting on ADMs. If a person wants a discount on a 2019, they need to do a lot of homework and be willing to travel. (or be one of the lucky few that happens to live near a dealer willing to deal)

Have an 18' SCREW in Leadfoot that I bought in October. Bought the Raptor over a F80 M3, kind of bored bc im not into offroading and i dont live out in the desert. Truck has 1600 miles on it, fully loaded (with beadlocks), what do you think I can get for it or do you think I can trade for a M3 at about 67-70k. Thanks in advance. TsuiH0w.jpg

Dude... this is the deal. The Raptor holds value better than most vehicles (maybe just under Porsche), but if you sell or trade after the 1st year... there is going to be a significant drop of MSRP. The next year and the next will drop significantly less.

Now let’s talk about your BMW plan. I too have a plan for a BMW and the Raptor is a means to that end. However... the M3 is not a transition vehicle for a Raptor owner. If you pay $70k for a new or near new M3, you will loose half of that after 3 years ($30-35k!). Have you driven the M3/4? It’s a young mans vehicle (20-30 year olds), it’s cold and hard inside, harsh riding and unforgiving.

My plan is to transition to a 2018/2019 M5 in 3 years. The $70k Raptor will still be worth $55-60k and the $120k M5 will also be around $55-60k... a smooth transition and someone else eats that $60k M5 depreciation.

Woah, this just made me rethink everything haha. I'm a bit younger than most Raptor owners, I fall right into that M3 age range hence why I want it lol. I was originally going to buy that damn F80 until some ppl talked me into the Raptor. (NEVER TAKE ANYONE ELSE'S OPINION WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE)!! And the only thing stopping me from a F90 is price. Haven't driven any F80 yet. But when you broke down the depreciation for me, makes a lot more sense. Think I might hold off then until the time is right unless it's some sort of smoking deal for that F80. S
