I called 5* 3 weeks ago today to ask some technical questions and a girl answered and said that everyone was out to lunch and took my name and number. Still have not received a call back. They are out to lunch alright! Guess I won't be doing business with them. I'd be out of business if I didn't return calls.
@5star is looking for some help and a call back

Got a chance to play with the latest SVC tune rev yesterday. Pulling out of the neighborhood and cruising in traffic it felt pretty much like the last rev. Nice, smooth, firm shifts and you can feel the power as you get on it a little.

Hit some back roads and that's where the story changes. Drop the hammer and you have a beast on your hands. At say, 40 mph when you're in 5th, it will drop 3 gears and get sideways a bit. I have not experienced that in a Raptor on any tune. Power builds and never falls off. Shifts nice and firm. That 3rd gear pull is even stronger now.

It really feels like two tunes in one now. Truck is really dialed in.

I compare this tune to the diablo tune I had on my SRT Jeep. There's a guy at Diablo named Johan who is somewhat of a legend in the SRT universe tuning wise. He had my Jeep ridiculously dialed in and all via email tunes. The SVC is on that level. Great work.

One more comment on the tune vs the 93 from me. Left the tune on for about 80 miles at Raptoberfest yesterday, for the most part worked well with one big exception. Coming out of beamed up turns the truck will not down shift to first, it stays in second and you bog down unless you are manually shifting. This was a pretty big deal for me, next time I will probably switch tunes for the track.

no, the SVC tune. normally I use the 93 tune which is a beast and works great on the track, wanted to see how SVC would handle it. did fine except for not downshifting to 1st, which really bogs you down in the deep dirt.
