So I emailed SVC to ask about where to look on my truck to find the numbers they want on their form almost a week ago and no response. I got the vin, the other numbers I'm not sure of. I've never done tunes like this and always took my vehicle to a pro for mods and tunes. I just find it easier to let a pro tear into stuff on my vehicles. Either they think I'm an idiot for asking and think I don't deserve their tune or maybe they are to busy to reply. Either way not a good sign for me getting a tune. Maybe it's a sign to try the fivester. Do they need the same info?

Please email me directly. I have not gotten an email from you

My apologies for missing this, please understand I get multiple emails and calls at once and every so often something may slip through the cracks

That's unusual, well at least for me. Jeff has always been responsive, in emails, phone calls and text messages. I couldn't ask for more, the service is absolutely awesome.

The numbers are in the engine bay on the passenger side on the firewall. You will see 3 large plugs and the numbers are on top. I think some models might have a piece of foam you just need to remove. I took a picture of it then used it to fill out the form.

SVC asks for more than 5 Star but they still need some of that information too.

A phone call is always a nice way to start a relationship with a vendor, talk to them, talk to an actual person.

Good luck if you go 5 star...took me over a month to get a hold of someone, emails, phone calls...no dice. Jeff is pretty responsive over email...weekends, nights...guy doesn't sleep apparently lol.

- pop your hood
- look in the upper left hand side of the engine bay (right against the firewall), you will 3 wire harness plugs, you will see the pcm code. Look at the image below. On my Raptor it reads "LLR2". You need to supply this so the tune will work on your truck. :)

Copy all,
To me if I call a vendor and don't get a reply, and same for email , I will give them a few chances (everybody is busy these days) then their responsiveness helps me make my decision if I want to go with them or not. Who wants to have headaches trying to get a vendor to reply to them if they have problems with their product. I go elsewhere.

Cool thanks. I will grab the number and send an email. I can understand getting swamped, it happens to me all the time. I'm the safety director for an international emergency landslide/rockfall contractor. The phone calls, texts, and emails don't stop. I was just thinking it might be a sign since I was so up in the air on which direction to go. Like I said, I've not done things this way and always dealt personally with a shop when it came to these things. I typically don't pick up the phone because I'm busy with phone calls and know how getting calls for idiot questions can be. So was trying to limit my ignorance to emails. Haha

I have found with SVC and With a few other vendors on here that when they offer a great product to us they dont always have the staffing to keep up with the amount of business we give them.

I would rather have to wait a little longer for a great product from a top notch vendor then to get something fast that I am not happy with.

Try to understand that and give them some extra time... You will find out the service and products you get are well worth the little extra waiting....

No calls are idiot questions, I'd rather you be informed then get a product and be unsatisfied. Call/ text my direct cell 9516754118. After having a temp phone for the past two weeks I should finally be back up and running like normal by monday.

I don't know about that, some of my phone calls to you have been much been directly in the idiot category:crazy:

Just wanted to chime in here and say the customer response and supportI have received from SVC since getting my tune / tuner combo has been excellent and probably the best I have ever experienced in both the off road and custom motorcycle realms of the aftermarket since getting involved with both for almost 20 years.

Now getting my t-shirt is another category:mad: What's up Jeff, you busy or something????
