I hope it's not true! And they told me the same thing when I called yesterday, "awaiting shipment". They said they did not have an ETA for me, but it could be 3-6 weeks. I'm sure thats what they say to everyone though...

I took my call as a plus today. No rail delays and the truck is awaiting shipment. In other words, we have built trucks!!! ETA less than 3 weeks!

I placed my order on January 19th was told 6 to 8 weeks, it was complete radio silence from the dealer until early March when I got a call saying it would be delivered the week of March 25th. On March 27th I got the call it was there, I went down took some pics and yesterday (March 28th) I took it home. All in all it was good experience, I'm sort of glad I didn't get VIN and wasn't tracking it the whole time, I think it would have made the waiting worse. I have to agree with everyone on this site, these trucks are AMAZING and are SO worth the wait.

I love tracking the vehicle and learning about the process though. It's an SVT vehicle. I wanted to learn everything about the vehicle, ordering process and tracking. Well worth it!!! Just another thing to have in the memory bank about my Raptor years from now. Plus I think it will make day one and beyond that much sweeter!!!!!

I agree with you! Makes the wait worse, but overall the experience is more memorable, and like you said, day one is going to be unforgettable.
