Actually, and granted... This is a bit ambiguous, the order form verbiage with regard to the standard headlights leads me to believe they might be halogen units with black bezels/"trim".

Exactly, its a bit shady, why not say - quad beam LED heads and LED tails - like they do for the trucks that we know come standard with them.

If its not an actual release from Ford its just rumor.


What concerns me is that there is already a black bezel halogen OEM light. Here is a pic.

Right. Those are the headlights I figured would come "standard". I've even seen "stock photos" with those headlights in them.

I have seen many pics with the light in the middle that appears to be LED, not a traditional bulb as show above.

I will not order one of these trucks until I know what I am ordering. I applaud the response for all the early orders but I can't and won;t drop $60K until I know what I am buying. I don't care when it arrives.

If you spend $60k, you're into the 802A group which comes with LED headlights... If that helps any. Lol

Everything we have seen so far is pre-production so its very possible that halogens will be the base model lights.

I'm just saying that there's factual information that Ford has yet to release. It's my goal to be satisfied with the purchase so I have to wait until all of the information is released. Headlights are on my list as well as HP, torque and towing.

I'm curious what are the make or break numbers for you with HP, Torque and Towing? Are you worried it's less than the GEN1?

HP/TQ for sure will be higher. Weight will be less. Towing will likely be the same
