Yeah, maybe it's a test mule for 2015. Or maybe it's a raggedy ass Raptor with a ghetto dual exhaust.

That dual exhaust doesn't fit the raptor. It needs dual side exit in front of axle

Exhaust does look ghetto and I think ford is slicker than that. If they had something special for the Raptor, they would be using a regular F150 as a mule just as they did for the Raptor suspension. I'm willing to bet there's a mule out there. The one pictured would make for a good decoy though.
