Ha that was funny. They said cause there already custom ordered already they are that expensive. However if I come in and order one I'll have it in 1-2 months and since I ordered it it won't be marked up, "he doesn't think so???

Like Ford actually cares, they've never addressed these ADM's so who's to say MSRP isn't "open to interpretation"? As long as their investors are happy they'll let whatever fly.

Ford has threatened to pull allocations to dealers in the past. At least they did with the Mach E. Not saying they care in this case, but they are not completely oblivious/

As far as putting the incorrect MSRP, they could possibly get away with by claiming it's a restriction of the software they are using. There place to put ADM markup, so they have to inflate the MSRP. Although if they didn't give the impression that there is a dealer discount applied. Really, the most accurate way would be to post the real MSRP with a positive number in the dealer discount field.

If they gave a rats a$$ about protecting their customer, they wouldn't just threaten, they'd actually do it. Show the customer base they give a single ****. Regardless of what excuse the dealer may have for incorrect MSRP, do you believe for one second that they made a mistake or have a "restriction"? I don't. If someone walked through the door willing to pay full $110K or whatever, they would take the money and run. Yes I understand capitalism, and it's a sellers market, but long time Ford customers remember this practice that may not be endorsed, but a blind eye is certainly turned towards it at larger dealers in most cases. I can afford a Gen 3 , but won't pay ADM, and won't work with dealers that are, as that's my prerogative, just as someone will likely pay $25K+ ADM and are free to do so. That's the real conundrum, money means nothing to some people, and they ruin the market for the rest of us.
