My kit just came in the mail today. Went to install it and it was missing some hardware. Deezee is sending me the missing parts, so all is well I guess.

Had two of these already and both broke. Cheap pot metal on nutsert breaks. Customer service is terrible and claimed tolerance on specifications on Raptors is poor and is the problem.

Look at the dates Mr Wolf. He posted that back in the first week of July two years ago then created that thread how to fix the issue about two weeks later.
Oh for crap sake! There needs to be a rule about posting in old threads. I just saw the date as being July and didn't notice the year.

Hey @cobrajet, if the nutsert keeps breaking, then replace it per the thread I just posted.

Its a conundrum here and a few ridicule you for it. Not mentioning who they are, they know. Damn if do if you create a new post about an issue instead of searching and Damn if you don't by searching and finding it and reviving an old thread.

Isn't that the idea of forums. If you have issues with equipment or ideas to post them? So I searched about tailgate assists and this thread came up. I'm new to the forum and joined to see others solutions or ideas. And by the way, why should I keep replacing a new item? If it does not hold up, then stay clear. I was looking for similar products that others may have been using.
