That Rock ring does look nice, any other pictures? I love to see them on a Raptor.

I don't have that many pictures. Ian has some on the powerblocktv/xtreme4x4 website.

Raw, before I painted them:

Thanks, guys. I appreciate you all helping out a Noob.

I'm going to pull the trigger on these. I'm going with black powder coat on the wheel and a natural finish narrow ring on a 17X8.5. Should look OK with the Terrain paint.

The guy that I spoke with at T R recommended 5.25" backspacing.

What size and backspace did you guys go with?

I honestly can't remember. I tried to keep them as close to stock as possible. Mine stick out about an inch more than stock, more flush with the wheel arch.

Back spacing and offset can be confusing but made easy with this graft, unfortunately it becomes confusing again when you are dealing with the extra width of the beadlock.
I went with 5 inch backspace which according to the graft should be +6 but Larry did some calculations and said it would be +3 due to the beadlock.

Hey DesertRat I did some calculations and the 5.25 that Larry recommended would put you about +9 factoring in the Beadlock. Larry knows his stuff and I would trust his recommendations. I did a lot of research before I ordered mine to ensure an offset that would be best for me and my mods. The reason I went 5 inch backspacing which would put me at around +3 offset is because the original rims I was considering were engineered (with a Magic offset) and specifically made for the Raptor and after market parts not to rub. After some digging I found out that Magic number was +2.8 offset.

trailer ready's are strong as hell!! they're what the hardcore guys with trucks like mine run... :drool2: so if a 8k+ cummins powered monster doesnt break em while out mobbing and jumping, they should be perfect for y'all! :lewx4:

Those look awesome!

Any idea on how much these wheels weigh?

I can weigh one and find out, I know the rim and tire together is F-ing heavy though.

The wheel by itself is 31.2 pounds and the wheel with trim ring bolts washers and valve-stem is 34.4
