Strange dents on roof

I just noticed that my truck has two dents on the roof, centered over the middle of the front doors. There’s one on each side, in nearly the exact same location. Since I’ve never been in a garage of any kind, or ever carried anything on the roof, I’m a bit perplexed as to how they got there. Possibly a manufacturing defect when the moon roof was installed? Anyone else notice something similar?

9 months, so basically yesterday. I was thinking of swapping into something a little more off-road capable anyway. A forester maybe.

I’d ask you to go and look at your truck for me but, you know...

Had the same thing happen in high school on a unibody scirocco I unintentionally launched across a highway median and caught some crazy air.
Maybe a paintless dent guy can pop them out.
