Anyone with general grabbers in the snow??? thats the tire I am really wanting

Ran my grabbers in the winter part of last year. They did OK for being a tire with no siping. Deep snow wasn't an issue but they slid a bit on packed snow and ice. My stock bfgs did better, and continue to do (13,000 miles later on tread) just fine (for me) this winter.

Grabbers are not going to be ideal in the snow. Similar to the stock bfgs they will do OK when new but nowhere close to a true snow tire.

with 14K same for me this year, tire wear and hardness of the rubber makes a huge difference. (age of tires)

Well we don't have really all that much snow in the year. Just as long as they are the same or better than stock

Wouldn't classify the grabbers as being same or better than stock. But it also depends on what kinda "snow" road conditions people are talking about. If you're looking at months worth of winter driving, Id get a second set of decent all terrains to use.

I'm buying **** Cepek FC II's

Hear nothing but great things about longevity and ice/snow performance.
