Not quoting ya but looking through this section the bumpers have an uncanny resemblance to Rogue and the last few post were a dead give away. Looks like 4 the Truck Customs changed their name to Rogue.

I don't think it's any big secret that Rogue and 4TT are owned by the same people, but they are 2 entirely different companies.
