What do think about your Blam components. I haven’t heard any of their speakers yet.

The Blam speakers sound great and have very realistic vocals and overall sound. The build quality alone looks great. Speakers / sound can be a very personal thing so would suggest going to dealer and listen to them. The other variable is the JL Audio VXi amps are very customizable so you can change the sound of each separate speaker component so you would have to be a very picky audiophile to not be able to get this system dialed in. For the money they were a great choice for me.

What are you doing for a head unit? Maybe I missed this somewhere but you’ll need it for best fine tuned sound quality.

The amps went in the factory storage bin on a custom bracket and then I added a DU-HA storage box. Here are a few picsda143f76954da6522b1c26582e97cb1d.jpg1574af6d710e1ef9befc80a509feff98.jpg

No you don’t. The signal out of the oem headunit is excellent as is and the fact that it is integrated with every other system in the vehicle, it’s not something I would recommend removing.

Rockford t16-s components $200.00

Rockford t400X4ad 4 channel amp $360.00
Rockford t1s-1x10 sub $550.00

Pretty good deal.

Any thoughts on the sound quality... and if that improvement is worth $1200?
