A local offroad shop quoted me $750 to do all 4 shocks. I gotta do something. I added my name to the que for the community rebuild project here in the forum. My steering is literally floating down the road. Hopefully it's just my shocks and not my steering rack.

Did you find the fix for your issue?

Nope I've had my alignment adjusted numerous times and my steering wheel still shutters in my hand left/right on 90% of bumps I hit on the road. I'm on the verge of selling this truck.

If you are looking for a cheaper solution you could rebuild them yourself. The forum has a thread that walks you through it and is pretty accurate. Or if it's becoming too much then sell it. Plenty of people out there to take it off your hands.

Rebuild which parts? I really don't want to sell it it's just insane how often my wheel moves due to small bumps. I feel like I can't even Offroad my truck anymore due to the excessive feedback.

Rebuild the shocks is what I meant. You would have 400 or so in doing that which may sound like a lot but you would then have the knowledge and tools necessary to address rebuilds whenever needed. Since you have already had alignments done I am assuming the shocks are your next logical step.

Have you gone back to bottom from mid perch and noticed a reduction in bump steer?

Yes, I went back to bottom perch and had an alignment done at Ford but I had still had bumpsteer. Luckily for me I knew that it wasn't normal so I ended up finding a legit alignment shop who set it up proper. No bumpsteer now but small chop 1-2" in size always gives me some feedback/stutter which I believe is normal for bypass shocks.
