Heated Steering Wheel Install

There are some "not so bright" service managers out there. I was told by a service department that in order to get a heated steering wheel I would need to purchase a new truck.

The part numbers that are listed earlier in the thread are completely different than the part numbers listed on service bulletin., and also about $600 more. How can I be sure I am getting the correct parts?

Service bulletin part numbers:
ML3Z-3F791-HB. Steering column module
W721079-S437. Steering wheel bolts
NL3Z-19980-S. HVAC control module

You need two parts:
SCCM/Clockspring is ML3Z-3F791-HB
HVAC controls/module with temp numbers on dials is NL3Z-19980-S

The part numbers I used were before the bulletin came out and I wanted the temp numbers on the dials

I don’t mean to beat a dead horse but Domingo with these parts for my ‘23 or the other parts listed. I just want to make sure I am ordering the correct parts. Cheers

The parts shown on the RO I linked are for a 23 and what the dealer ordered and installed.

I have a ‘23 and had it done with the two parts in my post.
