Might have to jack it up a little higher. It takes some very fine caressing.

Yeah I actually had to drop it/raise it until it would go in all the way. Now I'm just having trouble with one bolt on the right side that doesn't seem to want to go in straight. I check the bolt for damage and it looks fine. Not really sure what to do.

Header bolt?

Yeah it was a header bolt. I had to just really work it in there, but it never was a perfect fit. Also on the subject of header bolts, one of the bolts from stainless works was the wrong size. Ended up having to use a stock nut and stud. I have heard a lot of people having these kinds of issues, not too reassuring.

Right now I've got the headers in. Working on getting the engine mounted back up. You guys think it's pretty smooth after that???

^ don't forget that. You cannot go out of order.

I used stage 8 locking header bolts. Not sure why SW has such an issue with the bolts they ship.

The rest is easy. Congrats btw. You'll love the sound.

After 2 days, 27 hours of work, and at one point 12 different hands on the truck, I got it finished. It sounds awesome! It's unfortunate that SW has had so many issues with the bolts they ship out, and I think it's kind of ridiculous when you consider how much these setups cost. But I will say that they put together one hell of a system. Sounds awesome and looks great.

I haven't gotten my new tune from 5star loaded up yet, but I am getting a CEL. P0161
P0161 Ford - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2

Something about the rear O2 sensor in bank 2. I think the new tune will tune this out, but will I be able to pass inspection???

5 star will make the light go away but you will probably not pass inspection. Joe has a driving cycle that may help.
