stainless works exhaust

Drone bugs me. I really like the exhaust in my GTR, it has a bypass valve with remote. I wish someone would do that with the Raptor.

You could always use two louder mufflers in line and put a cutout between the two. I'm considering this route as my truck has to be as quiet as possible in the work environment.

So the full headers with the chambered mufflers seems to be the way to go to not get drone?

Need to figure this stuff out sooner rather then later.

Does anyone know of a shop in the St Louis area that has experience installing the stainless works system? I got my heart set on the long tube headers and catback with the true dual exhaust. No since in doing it half ass if you can afford it. Its gonna be a nice christmas!! Santa f'n rocks this year.

Ordered my SW headers and exhaust from Outlaw Raptor today. Kudos to them on the good deal. Cant wait till they arrive. This truck needs to breathe. So much power waiting to be unleashed. Got a buddy thats got a lift, so we plan on doing the install ourselves. Will let you all know how it goes.

Unfortunately I decided against them, I have now heard from one person with the full kit who says they drone, and he can't fix it. They aren't touching the underbody in any strange way. Now he says he will live with it. Not me.

Just install a louder stereo. 4 12" subs + 30 speakers should do it. You won't hear any type of drone hahaha

Beemerman say he has some drone, but not bad. Taking my chances, too many good things said about them. Time will tell.

Anyone know what the torque spec is on these header bolts that you get from SW. I cant seem to get a good answer from them.
