haven't done any raptors yet.

I know on the mustangs, with a lift, it's typically easier to just drop the engine.

Haven't had a chance to get under my Raptor yet and look at it.

Got my headr bolts in the mail Monday. SW must have thought an extra set was going to make up for all the trouble, wtf. Didnt get a chance to work on my truck until last night, mamas had me painting for the last 3 days. This was my trade off for her letting me buy the headers and exhaust. Anyway, finished up the right side header and installed all leads and cats. BTW, dont forget to install the dipstick tube. Had to dismantle everything on the right side to get the damn thing back in. This was in the instructions but I guess I thought it would slip right in there, not. Cant blame this one on SW. Will install catback today and button everything up. Got my tunes upgraded from 5 star. Im ready to get this beast on the road.

Installed catback yesterday. Went fairly easy compared to the headers. Had to modify one hanger because it would hang up on the leaf spring when I raised and lowered the truck with the lift. Glad to finally finish this mod. Took alot longer than I had imagined, but was well worth the trouble. Truck sounds great and the added hp is a plus. Hoping for better mpg when my foot gets a little lighter, lol. Would love to put it on a dyno to see the improvement over the stock exhaust. Thanks to Mike at 5 Star for emailing my upgraded tunes right away. Thanks to all who have helped me out through this. Peace!!!!

You do make a top quality product, no one has ever doubted that. I am very satisfied with the end result. I do however think you need you pull all the kits you have on the shelf for the 6.2s and check each one personally. This bolt issue is really aggrevating, especially when you have the truck tore apart and you have to wait several days to get them. This size and pitch is very difficult to find, blame Ford for that however. When you purchase a product worth $2400 you don't expect something like this, especially when you have heard that the issue was taken care of.
Once again, I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their exhaust system. Install was a little tricky, but no one said it would be easy. The installation instructions were very helpful. The quality is top notch and the benefits should offset the price of the investment in the long run.

Any specials going on for your headers? I'm looking to get the headers and have them flow into the stock exhaust.
Would I have drone with this set up?
Also I have the 5.4.

extra discount if ordered before the 31st of this month

Beefcake or stainless works I need a price for the bank 1 09+ F-150 header for a 5.4L truck. I don't have Raptor headers on my truck.

Thanks for the excellent feedback. As you know we have fixed the issue with the bolts, our Bill-Of-Materials was listed incorrectly. We don't stock any items, so any future orders going out will not have the same issue.
