guess when you ignore a problem it just "goes away"

It's not ignoring a problem. It's not dropping another $1500 on a solution that some guy on a forum says is the answer.

If anyone can prove to me there's a legitimate soft riding progressive spring out there that won't sag I'm all over it.

I'm sorry this thread turned into an RPG trashfest. That was never my intent. I know Corey on a personal level and you won't find a man with more integrity anywhere.

I meant after reaching out to Rpg multiple times with different avenues I have yet to get a response from them. That's what I meant about ignoring it.

Integrity is great till you have to stand behind your product. Then actions speak volumes

Not to disagree with you Huck, but you're judging someone's character by what could be an organizational issue in a company that's going through some transition.

I'm telling you I know the guy and he definately does not lack in character.

First email went directly to him. Not a general Rpg account. Same with first phone call. It's his company

Stoner posted his number a couple pages back. Have you tried calling him?

After attpemting to reach the owner several times, and no response, how am i going to get any better service dealing with an employee? Especially since the first email instead of responding to, it was passed to National.
Not a "im forwarding this to national for them to look into" just pass the buck.

just wait till you have a pin fail, or your leafs sag, then see how long it takes to get service.

got lotta companies that are all about the initial sale, but dont do the R&D to get a decent product out the door first. Then dont want to back up their products.

We've had very similar problems.

No matter how good Corey's character really is, it doesn't change the fact that his company has delt us and others some very, very, ****** hands when it comes to customer service. I shouldn't need to know the guy on a personal level to get treated fair. I spent hard earned money on his products, was more than patient, understanding when problems occurred and in return I got ignored and filled with false promises. It happened on more than one occasion for several years.
