That's why in torn on how to proceed with these shit springs. It already was passed to national without a response from Rpg. National passed it back to Rpg. I know I won't get anywhere with them

This is how it went in real life when one of my icon c/o had a problem.

Me: ummm icon, one of my shock hoses came loose during shipping and oil leaked out.

Icon: how much oil? Text pics.

Me: (Sends pictures)

Icon: yeah we need to fix that, we'd send you a new shock but we are out of shocks and don't have enough parts on hand to build one right away. We will send you shipping label. What size shirt you wear?

Me: (receives shipping label one hour later) (sends shock off)
Me: gets box from icon with hat, shirts and stickers two days later

Icon: (few days later) we got your shock and it's already on its way back to you

Me: :)

At this point I wouldn't run their shit ass products if they gave them to me. My nationals are going to the dump once I figure out exactly what I want to do. Its money lost and it sucks but what do you do.

I got RPG UCA and don't even feel comfortable selling them used considering the pins are breaking and people are crashing into shit. How does someone even sleep at night knowing they sold, and CONTINUE to sell a flawed product that's causing people's tires to fold up. ******* greedy people with **** poor ethics. Someone's going to die or thier ***** going to hit a on coming car and kill them.

The fact that two different vendors tried to offer help in this thread but not a hint from RPG to even try to do some public damage control is saying a lot. They simply don't care about the customers.
