I will say that RPG has been quick to respond when I did have a problem.
The leaf spring issue seems to be a National/Deaver problem.

I bought the springs from Rpg, I shouldn't even have to speak to national about it. Let alone get a call from them after an email to Rpg

From what I can tell most people getting great service from rpg are local to rpg. Ie it's easy to give service to someone who can walk in the front door at any time. Where others are half a country away and can't just show up on their door step that easily.

I'm with Rich, we haven't had an issue with RPG, they've always been responsive and helpful and continue to be so.

I would agree.
They were squared away immediately when they were replaced with another set... On RPG/UPS side, i have no idea, but they absolutely made it right with us. And its not like UPS losing them is RPGs fault?
