The way I read it is Ford disabled the auto start/stop if the truck has a 400W subwoofer installed from the factory. The Forscan tweak tells the truck it has the factory 400W sub, even if it doesn't, and therefore it disables the start/stop.
What you've added to your truck, or what wattage it is means nothing in that context.
I have read it tricks it into thinking 400w sub is connected. But why would Ford disable start/stop if they install a sub?

Why so much hate towards the stop/start feature? I know it can be jerky, but is it really that bad?
If I was driving a Fusion or Edge, I wouldn't mind it. I'd deal with it. But I am driving a performance vehicle.
I have driven lots of cars with it and I always turn it off immediately. It feels unnatural and is noticeable.
