It's a **** feeling, man. Happened to me here in Houston a few months back on the Super Duty.

Dude's dented the door and scratched it when busting the lock. I removed the lock cylinder and lock from the door, replaced it with a passenger's side handle with no lock cylinder, and had it painted. Also put Jimmi Jammers in all 4 doors. McGard tailgate lock and security screws for the taillights.

I’ve heard you can position a remote battery connected so you can provide enough power to get in.
Gotta seek that out and see if it’s doable.

I think they gave up trying to take it - either they were spooked or they couldn’t start it.

I used the keypad to lock the truck I think and the key has to be like a few hundred feet away in a 100+ year old building with thick walls.

Plus if they copied the fob beforehand they wouldn’t have twisted the cylinder to gain access.

Gonna try to look at the surveillance today.

It's a stupid design by Ford to have handles like that, should recall all trucks, ha ha.

In m mind, I was targeted. We have about 10% of the market in the US. Not many Raptors up here and the laws here are crap.

I don't think they wanted parts since nothing major was damaged - they wanted the whole thing.

I like the target that @GCATX posted. My groups are pretty good at 25 yards and I've learned to shoot off hand also.
I do tours and SHOOTING LESSONS when you’re in town again :)
