Hello

I have a problem that I cannot resolve.
F150 Raptor SVT 2010

The right turn signal comes on and goes off by itself.

After troubleshooting:

Lamps ok

multifunction button ok

cables between multifunction button and SJB ok

multifunction button disconnected, the flashing light comes on and goes off by itself.

I only tested three input wires in sjb coming from the multifunction.
1 - mass
2 - right turn
3 - left turn

I don't have electrical diagrams

Is there anything else that can cause me this failure?

the warning button?

I therefore think I have a big problem on the SJB.

Thank you
Good Luck

You most likely have an intermittent short to ground on circuit CLS41. With the multifunction switch disconnected and C2280B unplugged at the SJB, the circuit should have 10,000 ohms or higher to ground. You can try manipulating the harness while watching the reading. Also carefully inspect C2280B for corrosion or water intrusion.

Hello
thanks for the diagrams

test result:

even with wires 42 and 29 disconnected from the C2280B,
the right turn signal comes on and goes off by itself.

CLS39 ok
CLS41 ok

everything brings me back to SJB.

Does it flash consistently or erratically? If it’s consistent, I’d suspect SJB. If it’s erratic, I’d recommend checking all (3) of the inline connectors between the SJB and tail lamps for corrosion/water intrusion that might be shorting power to the turn signal circuit.

Hello
here is a little video of my problem.
despite the wires 42 and 29 disconnected from the sjb the right turn signal still works.
i only see one sjb problem.
What do you think ?
thank you

With pins 42 and 29 de-pinned from the SJB, it would not be possible for the turn signal switch to activate either turn signal. I would recommend double checking which pins were removed, here’s the pin out diagram for C2280B (black) at the SJB:
