Problem solved. I needed the correct driver files which I found via the 5 star directions.
My SVC version 2 tune is all loaded up and feels great.

Funny story - SCT finally got back to me asking if I needed any help.... Wow, what awful customer service. It's 3 days later!!!!! What a mess that company is.

At least with Windows 8.1, now I wonder what Windows 8.1 Pro would do.
Pro, is supposed to run legacy programs. Only time will tell.
