Was RPG counting on the usual USAID checks?

Dang, what a pain. 2008'ish recession a lot of recreational focused businesses went under. Fabtech comes to mind. I believe they were bought out by another company. FWP maybe?

Now, we will probably see this happening more and more for a while.

I mean... he’s obviously got bad taste in cars, but with trucks he’s on the right track and he’s doing Raptor stuff. Better to know about this issue and keep it fresh lest some other FRF fall victim.

True, as a newbie Raptor owner I'll never buy RPG parts because of this debacle. However, I do agree it's click bait.

Bad decisions made by both parties without a doubt.

I’d still buy their collars, but I’ll probably snag them from one of the FRF vendors instead of RPG direct

Sucks to see what used to be a reputable company slide like this. I have quite a bit of RPG stuff and when one of their items failed me last year, it was taken care of immediately with no BS. To see what transpired in that video is pretty disappointing. Feeling torn on running their gear now.

Really sucks that RPG put you through all that. I’m glad to see you got your truck back and got it together even if you had to go somewhere else at further expense.

You mentioned you are in NorCal, reach out to Schaffers in Union City if you want quality work done locally with people you can TRUST. Mike and Annie and the rest of the crew over there have been amazing to me and many others. I know that some of the EXO guys will vouch for them too.

Good luck on the rest of your build and your future builds!
