Starting to put together our list for the trip and have some question for you and the other organizers (mostly you though cause I know you're the one who's really in charge :) ).

Other than the group BBQ dinner what were you guys thinking about for meals? I know we are officially on our own but:

1) How much time is being allotted for breakfast in the morning / what time are we hitting the trail? I'm planning on cereal & the like but Nate well always request pancakes & sausages...

2) Should we plan on having lunch on the trail or will we be finding a local establishment?

3) Any interest in doing a potluck type thing for the other dinner? Bring your own meat & a dish to pass / we can have a few grills set up, the kids can roast weenies over the fire...

Sorry to pester but we're getting excited!!!

I am bringing a large portable gas grill which also has a full size griddle on it. It will be available to the group for use.

I was thinking a bean off haha but wouldn't want you sad if we kick you bean. <probably the same recipe lol.
I'm very excited not being on any type of run in my life. Trying RW and Joe's bean's, just getting away with the family.
Donk74 we will definitely be one that does a fair amount of campfire cooking rather than eating out. I wouldn't mind hitting a restaurant on the way out to have some buffalo. I'll have to look back at the first post again to remember the schedule.

I'm getting really antsy to get in the field, and it's supposed to snow. Big Blue when you say big do you have to pull it behind your pickup?
