I got ignored I can't call due to time difference , I live next to Dubai. I kept emailing but in the end I haven't got any response

It's all good , maybe international clients is not their cup of tea.. Not sure myself but to be honest I love their products and will recommend to any1 here ... Especially the sexy blue tie rods

Find an appropriate time with the time change and give them a call. They answered my two phone calls with no issue. Jarrett was great on the phone recommending where I should start on my mods and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I made arrangements to buy a bump stop Phase 2 and the power steering reservoir. They are everything that the sites claim they are - top notch products with top notch customer service. Highly recommended.

I can't agree with you more .. I'm sure they are , it's just that I guess my timing was wrong .

Anyways it's all good now , but I will buy from them shocks 3.0 by in couple of months so they are still one of my fav venders

Guys, thanks for all the support and great comments. Omani, I'm super sorry if I somehow let you fall through the cracks and I'm glad that one of our FRF vendors was able to hook you up. This past month has been nuts. I have lost my Grandfather, the top of my finger, The Tahoe run, my wedding anniversary and now just found out 3 days ago that my grandmother fell and broke her hip, so I've got that going for me....

When you guys call, please make sure to leave messages. I run around so much everyday that I cant always get to the phone right away. I typically get in the office around 9:00 am CA time and I am a night owl so don't be scared to call me late.

We have hired a few more employees to help meet the demand and keep everything moving forward with little delays as possible, but I'm counting on you guys to keep us honest and true to our roots. If it ever starts to look like we are slipping, please let me know so I can correct it asap.

On a more fun note, bumper and slider pricing is coming real soon

The RPG crew made house call last week on way to raptor run. Their service went beyond my wildest expectations. From the 1st call to hanging being a part of install too post install advice they're 2nd to none. I consider those guys friends and look forward to hanging out again.

Don't like hijacking a thread but have to express sorrow for your loss. Nothing worse in life then losing a loved one. If there is,I've not found it.
