GEN 2 Roof rack with sunroof

I used the Rhino Rack RS648B Vortex 2500 RS Black on my 2019 Raptor. I got it from Amazon cuz less than going to Rhino Rack directly.

I have had no issues with it and it is a no-drill installation. Just remember to put in the rubber strips that come with it to cut down on the wind noise.

There is wind noise, don't get me wrong. But it is not that bad.

I use the rear one for mounting my HAM radio antenna. I added the front one so the truck looks balanced.

Does this rack require drilling?

Hey Randolph - What mud flaps are those and do they work well? Looks like it ... I think I want to pick up a set as my last trip left the whole side of the truck an absolute mess. I also cringe every time I hear a rock come loose from the tires and hit the sidestep. I'm thankful it's not hitting the car but I'd like to have another line of defense there if possible...

I too am following... looking at the KC, but really want to be sure before drilling. I like the low profile as I am trying to keep my build as low profile as possible.

I installed the Huskyliner for Raptor mudflaps. They fit perfectly, but don't hang down and protect as much as the photo above. I am happy with them. At full articulation, the rear flap touches the ground, so they might not last, will see.

Sorry for the delay in answering, the mud flaps are from SharpTruck.com (recommended by someone on forum), they work really well in mud and on forest service roads to keep they gravel from hitting the paint.

The roof bars are not bolt bolt on, the clamp to the door frames and rest on rubber pads that fit in the channels on the roof. The bed cover bars attach to a foot that bolts into the channel on the bed cover.

Mine works fine with the panoramic roof. No problems with the 12 holes in the roof either.

I had one on a Tacoma and it worked well. Made a “version” of it for my topper I have on the raptor now.
